This granite stone house has been completely renovated in 2013. The house lies on the edge of the village, in 1 km distance from the house you can find  the butcher, pub and postoffice. In 2 km distance are the supermarket, bakery, pharmacie, hairdresser, restaurant and petrol station. The sea and the lovely beaches from Cleder and Plouescat are just a short drive away (10 minutes).

Ground floor: Entrance with cloakroom and wireless phone (unlimited calls to french  cellular phones and landline, as for European landlines included). A storage room with washing machine and dryer. A separate toilet with washbasin. Bathroom with large walk-in-shower. A large living room (40 m²) with woodburning stove, large comfortable sofas, flat screen TV (with french and german channels), DVD player, reading corner with armchair and rocking chair. Kitchen with dining room and stairs to the first floor.

First floor: 3 bedrooms with large double beds (180 x 200). In all the rooms you have the possibility to have either double or twin (90 x 200) beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide you with bed linen free of charge.
